KERMIT'S BIO

FIRST CLUB RIDE:- The year was 2002 and I attended the club Christmas camp at Porpunkah near Bright. COMMITTEE POSITIONS (held):- Committee Person, 2010. Captain 2011 to 2017. BIKES:- All Kawasaki's - bar one, Z400, Z750, Z1000, GPZ1100, ZZR1100, ZX12R, 2 x ZX10R's. The ring in being my 03 GSXR1000 Suzy. MY FAVOURITE BIKE?:- It's a toss up between ZZR and GSXR. Mind you my current ZX10 is a lot of fun but misses out in the comfort stakes on longer stints. WHY MSR?:- Since meeting the Club on that Christmas in 2002 and being welcomed with open arms, says it all for me. You wouldn't meet a better bunch of "Like Minded" souls anywhere. FAVOURITE RIDE:- What a can of worms those two words are, favourite ride. Every Sunday I guess. What ever direction we take east, west, south and further south across the waves to Tassy, or north and further northwest into the Snowy Mountains of Victoria and New South Wales on four day weekend run's, and the odd over nighter. Seven day Christmas Camp near Bright, in the shadows of the Snowys. Favourite ride? Yep that would be them. CRASHES:- Been one or two over the years, one serious - broken fingers, ribs, gravel rashes. After the serious one I had to have a hip replacement. HOBBIES:- Preparing the bike for the next run, washing, lubing etc. Riding my treadly each day for fitness, walking the dogs, and spending time with family. OCCUPATION:- Retired Sheep Farmer.
